Welcome

West Berkshire Advocacy (WEBCAS) is a charity with offices in Wokingham and Thatcham, which promotes independent advocacy services for adults with learning disabilities and multiple disabilities within the unitary authority areas of West Berkshire, Reading Borough and Wokingham District.

We welcome contact from families, carers, health professionals and those with disabilities themselves.

Our advocacy services are provided by our staff Advocacy Managers along with our volunteer Citizen Advocates, who are trained and supported by the staff team.

To promote an independent voice for adults with a learning disability so that their views and wishes can be heard and rights protected.
