Webcas is a charity working across the west of Berkshire with offices in Newbury and Wokingham. We help adults with a learning disability by providing an independent voice, so that their wishes are heard and their rights protected.

An advocate will speak up for someone who might not be able to speak up for themselves. Advocates can help by spending time with you to enable you to understand the choices available to you and to help you come to a decision. Advocates can also help explain your decisions to other people.

Webcas supports self advocacy . This is where an individual, or group of people speak for themselves, or a wider group whom they represent. Self advocacy groups meet to support each other and campaign on issues which effect the group.
